A former Licensed Securities Broker, series 63 and series 62, Community Banker, General Manager, CFO, CEO and Turnaround Management Consultant. During his 30 year business career, Glen has worked with many businesses in many different conditions. From managing 3 companies through bankruptcy to successfully managing and selling multi-million dollar businesses, the skills and experience Glen brings gives our clients the best opportunities for weathering the current economic conditions and thriving in the recovery to come. The BOLI csv to Tier 1 Program is the product of Glen with the help of many others. There are 3 Patents Pending on the business processes covered under the Program.
Richard Collinsworth
Executive Vice President and COO

Executive level Banker brings a number of years of comprehensive and successful bank experience combined with exceptional ability to address the needs of virtually any bank or bank holding company. Extensive and varied assignments have included troubled bank assistance and resolution, successful management of banks ranging from $100MM to over $1BBL, decades of lending experience addressing all customer types (retail, commercial, and real estate), deep familiarity with compliance, successful regulatory relations and action management, effective liability management and deposit generation, and extensive capital analysis and acquisition activities. Subject is mobile and able to serve needs on either a permanent or temporary basis, and can address either general management concerns or specific problems or projects resolution.
Danny Dukes, MBA, CPA, CFE
Executive Vice President and CFO

Danny began his career as an internal auditor with Citizens and Southern National Bank. After 5 years in this role, he continued his career helping community financial institutions as internal auditor, controller and chief financial officer. As a consultant he has assisted community banks with investment management, asset liability management, investment banking, compliance issues, internal audit, bank operations, bank policies and general accepted accounting principles. He has assisted in a capital raise for de-novo banks. He has also served as a lead on the selection of data processing solutions and transition teams for mergers and acquisitions.
Danny earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He continued his academic pursuits while working full-time and earned a Master's of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia. Danny became a Certified Public Accountant in 1989 and a Certified Fraud Examiner in 1997.
Previously, Danny served many years as a member and the chairman of the Financial Services Committee of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Danny has served as an adjunct professor of accounting at Clayton State College and State University and Keller Graduate School. He has also been a repeat presenter for the Financial Institutions Conference of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Annual Conference for the Association of Public Accountants
Andre' Sullivan, FSA, MAAA
Senior Director

A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Andre' has vast technical accounting and finance skills developed over 20 years of consulting and Senior management positions in the banking, insurance, government, and commercial real estate sectors. He provides MOGO with technical actuarial skills needed to understand the complex issues of COLI and BOLI.
Austin Farr
Operations Analyst

A recent graduate of Georgia College and State University, Austin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in International Affairs. He has worked for 3 years for the Marriott Management Group while attending college. His internship was done with Hotel Owners Rep, LLC as a Marketing Assistant. MOGO has used Austin from time to time for projects needing his specific skills. Finally, Austin worked for Home Federal Bank, NA on their De-Novo Capital Raise.
Mark DeBiasio
Advisory Board Member

Mark has over 25 years of community bank experience as a recognized Financial Executive with a demonstrated commitment to increasing shareholder value. He has proven expertise in driving efficiency and productivity through evaluation of financial management systems and implementation of process improvements. As a demonstrated leader, he has directed highly skilled financial management teams to support achievement of overall corporate goals and objectives. Mark’s core competencies include; Non Performing Asset identification and reduction, Capital Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Asset Liability management and reporting, Investment Portfolio Management, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Treasury and Cash Management. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Point Park University, as well as his Master of Science in accounting from Robert Morris University.

Mark has served as the chairperson of the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association Accounting Standards Committee and has been awarded the credentials of Certified Financial Manager and Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants.
